Our food packages
Husman
This is a two-course meal that we serve for weekday and Sunday evenings. We have made an interpretation of old classics, which have nourished generations of fishermen. Dishes such as schnitzel, meatballs and fish, in all their rustic simplicity, taste fantastic if prepared with love and good ingredients. We use real butter, real potatoes and real dairy products. There is always a vegetarian/vegan option if you let us know in advance. The ice cream is made at Kåseberga ice cream factory, it is made from pure milk and cream, without additives, and flavoured with real berries, fruits and vanilla.

This is a three-course menu, inspired by the many farms of Österlen and the ingredients that have been grown there throughout history. We serve a menu with fish, veal, duck and rooster with locally grown vegetables that are in season such as turnips, beetroot and asparagus. The ice cream is made at Kåseberga ice cream factory, it is made from pure milk and cream, without additives, and flavoured with real berries, fruits and vanilla.

This includes a five-course menu, including dessert. We present a tasting menu from Österlen. We have taken inspiration from nature, from the sun, heat, cold and wind. Hotel breakfast

We use a few but locally produced quality ingredients for our breakfast menu. We have freshly baked buns, our own danish rye bread and crisp bread. With that we offer scrambles such as hummus and mackerel. We make our own muesli with greek yogurt, acacia honey, blueberries and much more.
