Food package

We have three different food packages. All food packages include a dessert, which is always an ice cream creation. We make our own gelato ice cream at Kåseberga Glassfabrik. The ice cream is made from pure milk and cream, without additives and is flavored with real fruit and vanilla.

Husman

This is a two-course meal, including dessert. We have made an Österlen interpretation of classic dishes that have nourished generations of fishermen. Schnitzel, meatballs and fish, in all their rustic simplicity, taste fantastic if prepared with love and good ingredients. We use real butter, real potatoes and real dairy products

Gourmet

This is a three-course menu, including dessert. Here we have been inspired by Österlen’s many farms and the ingredients that have been grown there throughout the ages. We serve a menu with e.g. veal, duck, rooster and fish as well as locally grown vegetables that are in season, such as turnips, beetroot and asparagus.

Matkultur

This is a five-course menu, including dessert. We present a tasting menu from Österlen. We have taken inspiration from nature, from the sun, heat, cold and wind. We mix cold and hot in a new way. This is a menu for the curious and food-loving souls.

team building activities

Boule

Led by an instructor who has played in the swedish elite boule league and competed in International boule competitions, this is an opportunity to hone your boule form and test your competitive nerves. This activity is equally suitable for social players and individuals with well-developed competitive insights.

We will go through the rules of the game, practice some important tactics and run a tourment with real competition balls.

Music studio

Your team may have unexpected talents. Experience what it’s like to record music in a real music studio. everyone can sing, with the right attitude and tools. Could this be the day

This is what you can expect

We go through how a studio recording works, choose a song and make a recording with the whole group. You will take the recording home with you.

Vågsurf

The coasts of Österlen have some of Sweden’s best beaches for wave surfing. Taming the ocean waves is a great experience for both teams and individuals.

This is what you can expect

With skilled instructors, you will learn the basics of wave surfing. We run a technique review on land and then test in the water. The boards are adapted for beginners.

Equipment: We provide you with a wetsuit, board and possibly gloves, which are adapted to the season. You bring your own swimwear and towel.

Minimum number of participants: 10 people

Time required: 2-3 hours

Cost 800 SEK/person. Can be booked throughout the year

Fotojakten

Participants are divided into teams and given digital cameras. Each team is given a task list. The task is to photograph as many of the objects described on the task list as possible. It is a fun and fast-paced exercise that requires cooperation and creativity in a playful combination. The results are often very entertaining.

What you can expect

We go through the rules of the game, carry out exercises, crown the winners with a fun collage that is compiled and shown when the winning team is revealed.

Equipment: You bring casual clothes, according to the season.

Minimum number of participants: 10 people

Duration 2 hours.

Cost 650 SEK/person. Can be booked throughout the year.

Bäst i test

Instead of Babben and David, you have access to local guides. You compete in teams and it’s all about finding the best solution to given challenges. It’s not always the most obvious that is the best, it’s about thinking outside the box.
